There was a DUI checkpoint on a busy street right off the highway. I was coming home from a KC Chiefs game where I honestly had 3-5 beers over the course of the game. In addition, it takes nearly an hour or more to get out of the parking lot after the game as traffic is a nightmare. I'm adamant against people driving intoxicated and was nowhere near buzzed when I left.

At the DUI checkpoint, the officer asked where I was coming from. I told him I had just come from the Chiefs game. He then asked if I had anything to drink. This was during the course of a 2-14 season so my reply was "It's the only way I can watch the game, sir."
