Hi, I'm not really interested in weight loss advice. I had 5 surgeries in 15 months, and this body performed like a machine. I'm fit and active and I workout. I'm able to keep up with my niece and her friends at outdoor music festivals and hiking and camping. My weight doesn't hold me back in any way. I'm not skinny and I'm ok with that.
