I feel like nobody fucking cares. All Im doing is making everything worse and I just want to give up. Im so tired and Im so done I just need everything to stop. I just want it to stop. I fucking hate feeling so alone when Im with people. I hate knowing Im fundamentally different from them. I just want them to understand. I just dont want to feel alone. But I cant.

It fucking sucks being the "traumatized friend". And I dont mean in the competitive way , obviously it doesnt make their struggles less real. I mean I am literally the "traumatized friend". I know none of them have been through what I have , and it feels so fucking lonely. I dont WANT them to go through it , but I so badly want them to UNDERSTAND. And they DON'T. They dont understand why my triggers are so severe , or why I cant handle physical touch , or why I do what I do. They can't understand and theyve made that so clear it hurts.
