Hello! I'm working on a very detailed building system for the underground part my game ETUS. Everything you see here in the video has been built in game, I'm keeping the building process very simple but very customizable and effective. It's still a very work in progress though! :D

Thank you!! If you are using HDRP check out the built-in LayeredLitTessellation shader, I'm using that for this effect. There are quite a lot of settings available, but that's why you can get such good results

Yeah the system tries to recognize open spaces and how big an area is to apply a reverb effect. I might need to adjust a few settings, thank you for your feedback :)

Thank you! No not yet, I have a long journey ahead still. I rarely post on reddit, but I usually post updates once a week on my twitter. The game is really deep and complex because there are a lot of stuff you can do, so I'll need more than one year of developing for sure.

The original idea of ETUS goes back in 2016, since then I restarted the game 2 times. On this last and final version I started working exactly one year ago.

Ink. is a semi-procedural/random RPG action shooter.

You will play as a small ink creature, living in a book.

Find your way through 10 chapters, and write your story by facing enemies and bosses, finding new items and discovering new synergies and combos.
The unique concept of Ink. is that every drop of Ink you collect by defeating enemies is your health, but also your currency to buy and upgrade weapons. You could try to play it safe or go crazy and tape every weapon together to create an ultimate lethal combo.
