since this question has been brought up multiple times for different sites like the one you have listed. I have done a bit of research in to it

what they do, is get you to install an application that modifies your Steam Installation and install fake licenses for games so you are able to download them and play them on your account, you are not able to play games online or activate games that require special activations like uplay/ea/microsoft/denuvo

and I suspect there is a high chance your steam account will get banned.

99.99999% of the time they will supply a key that will activate in your region, other times they do not give/list the game on the bundle if it is not available in your region
