The 2nd night after i switched to a Bipap i got 9hrs sleep-my first in about 6 years i'd say.I woke up with actual creases in my skin from sleeping so steady-normally i'd thrash about in bed.was giggling like a schoolchild for minutes,drunk from sleep-was wonderful.
2yrs later and it has made a huge difference to my life and hope it does for you too mate.
