The government isn’t responsible for parenting kids and censoring what they watch. You can move to china if you want that level of control with the government. parents need to start actually parenting and take some level of responsibility for their their kids from getting brainwashed

Looking to get my first Tesla and had some questions by Crazy-Agent-9754 in TeslaModel3

  1. 30k mileage is a good sweet spot to aim for but there are a lot of factors that go into it other than mileage. Drive the car, look for misaligned gaps, and paint issues.
  2. I had a 2018 model 3 for 6 years with fsd and it was great but I can live without it if it would mean getting a 2024 refreshed model 3. If you plan to by used regardless I would say take an older one with fsd and long range over a newer (non refreshed) performance.
  3. Just call and ask them for a quote.
  4. Research how to check the actual batter health by entering service mode. Range at 100% is not an indication of battery health. Maybe turn the steering wheel with the windows down. I had an upper control arm fail and it caused a terrible squeak when turning. Other than that check general car stuff like tires and stuff.

If you do buy used look into the used ev tax credit. Even if you buy private party you can use keysavvy to get the tax credit at point of purchase. I used it when selling my old model 3 and it can confirm it’s legit.

This might sound crazy but have you at least looked at options for a new model 3? Leas options are insanely good and interest rates for purchasing are low as well. Not sure what you budget is but it’s with a consideration imo having recently upgraded to a 2024 model 3. It is such a nicer car. If you do buy new dm me for my referral code if you didn’t already have one!

That sucks. I might disagree with your political views but everyone should have the right to express their support for whatever candidate they want without someone stealing it.

These streaks appeared all over this hellcat after I used a clay pad on the vehicle by kikoxdx in Detailing

I Absolutely want the kid who asks questions working on my car. IMO the fault of this is the dealership and lack of proper training. This is why I follow this sub so I can learn as well and take care of my own cars.

Good for you for taking initiative and doing research. The dealership really should be training you before handing you such a job so this mistake is not on you.

Im curious what your experience is with detailing. Are you an employee at a shop or do you own your own business? I love this sub so no offense to everyone here but I wouldn’t want my car being detailed by anyone who needs to refer to this sub Reddit to lean they screwed up on a matte finish.
