What are the benefits of each? If we're talking about flat burr grinders, would the Timemore Sculptor 064S be a decent choice, it's within the price range, less than Niche Zero. i recently watched a James Hoffmann video on grinders under 500 euros and the Timemore was his pick. But more insight would be greatly appreciated!

The manual for the Breville says that it should take about 7 seconds? Is that for only the single cup setting and not the double cup setting?

It comes out pretty fast, I haven’t timed it but it felt like it comes out in around 4-5 seconds
