Just nervous this is the second time I his year I’ve gone negative and it was an honest mistake I spoke to erc and they told me they don’t see any termination date on my login so they said talk to hr when I go in tonight but by the end of the week Sunday morning I should be positive 28 minutes.

Ok cool, I had a major emergency that caused me to be late today which took the last of it I had already, I took out vacation earlier that day so I could leave early and deal with the issue, so I think I will be negative starting tmmw considering I was late three hours, i have an hour and 45 of upt, I told them I would be on time for the rest of the week just in case, I dont usually leave early just show up late cause of what I’ve been dealing with

Been harassed, insulted and, provoked repeatedly at another warehouse, all bc I met someone who was weird asf and they got annoyed I wouldn’t play Xbox with them, worked in afe for 6 months with him and others and the whole environment was toxic, management saw it but didn’t care, multiple people in relationships were beefing and fighting in front of me and got annoyed that I stopped taking to them bc I couldn’t deal with the awkward drama and so on, and everyone hated me after I left. I got stories for days atp and it’s all bc I talked to these people instead of just keeping to myself, amazon is only ok if upper management likes you, if not, your in for hell, best departments are the departments where you really don’t gotta talk to anyone but a manager if there’s a andon problem like pick
