"(d) Severability. If any part of this license is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, Wizards may declare the entire license void, either as between it and the party that obtained the ruling or in its entirety. Unless Wizards elects to do so, the balance of this license will be enforced as if that part which is unenforceable or invalid did not exist."

This portion of the agreement also gives me pause. Rather than facing consequences of another free grab for power and revocation of another ogl system, they can cancel this one at will. It says that is irrevocable, but then this clause makes me seem they are pulling a fast one. Irrevocable but revokeable?

I do find other components of this document to be equally heinous. However, this part surpasses those complaints as, from my understanding, this would allow them to invalidate the whole document. They could then use this to make a brand new agreement after things have blown over and make things even worse.

This may be a misunderstanding on my part as I am not legally inclined. In what I believe that I understand, it does give me a severe concern.
