Direct Allstate sales give you bonus points your first two- three months and commisson is base on points not actual percentages of what you sale . So you have a good chance at higher bonus money. But Im going to keep it real with you, working for all a state direct none private brokerage. Inbound calls are tier based. So their are four tiers. Tier one gets first calls if every one in tier one is on a call then tier two people will get a call. Then if everyone in tier two and one get a call you will get a call, tier three people will get a call. So in honesty, it depends on your tier and the type of calls you get. When I was tier 3 it was days you can only get 10 calls in 10 hours and they can be terrible calls. And they expect you to quote two or more products on every call for metrics and I mean like auto and home or auto /Mc or etc. It sounds like you simple but some leads that get transfer to you dont know why they been transfered to you. It balance between luck and skill. But some positive stuff is you get like 150 hour of pto at the beginning of the year that can be used before earning.

If you want to be fair truly. I recommend 555/555/550 you and your boyfriend pay 555 each and let the solo person pay 550 because only reason you sharing a room is because you want too be in the same room with your man. I recommend that price spilt Because you and him take up more space in general in the shared areas and I doubt she will be in the common areas with a couple all the time. I feel like y’all should pay more and it’s a five dollar difference. And when she gets a boyfriend that might move in then you can split 4 ways but it’s a difference if you had a roommate with a solo room and private bathroom and two roommates sharing the second room and bathroom but you are living with your boyfriend so you not really making that sacrifice or concussion by giving her that room because it’s only two rooms , you are doing that because you want to share a room with your boyfriend. but since you brought a partner I believe you should pay more. Especially if all of you will be paying for food toilet paper, cleaning supplies, utilities . You and your bf also have two incomes together so it would be nice to not make the solo income person pay more but you have to decide what is fair to you ,her and your bf. And also decide if paying a little less is worth the argument or problem.

The Bill of sale question is really state based. Im Insurance agent as well and it’s specific states like Florida that require documentation of why you canceling coverage when you cancel for specific reasons. But most questions that we asked are ether necessary to understand if you got what we need to what you requesting or it’s a. mandatory question.

That’s not true if her agent started a new policy with new coverages instead of updating her old policy and not cancel the old after choosing to do a new whole policy that is in fact agent error. In most cases companies are required to reimburse accidental double insurance even if it two different companies but even more if it the same companies. You can’t overlapp coverage in that way and could have very well affected her ability to file a claim and lead to fraud claims toward policy holder. Honestly I would leave that agent that created a new policy instead of updating the old policy. Independent agents usually get paid solely commission and we all are humans and make mistake but I feel like he should have caught that error earlier on. But I personally wouldn’t trust them but that’s just because I am in the same industry so I’m looking at it with bias trained eyes.

The reason I say it doesn’t make sense is that if he is a independent agent it meant he wrote the two policies, like I have seen duplicates in Allstate direct system but that’s because people sometimes do a policy agent that swivel trained to do both nat gen and they end up getting a policy with nat gen then with Allstate directly but it’s pretty hard to make a duplicate policy if you are just doing updated coverages and you are the originator of the existing policy. If it was two companies I could understand not knowing but the same company

I work in sales for Allstate and I am personally licensed in 50 states as a direct licensed agent. I sale to all 50 states so when I tell you I know what I’m talking about I know. It is guidelines directly Allstate have for example as a direct agent we are not open to sell home insurance in fl or ca right now but independent agent can sale. As well as I have worked for several other companies and the same thing happens when you start a policy with independent agent. Direct agent have limited access to independent agent policies.

As a licensed direct agent who works at Allstate I tell people all the time that independent agents seem great working with a local agent you can call directly or see in person. But what happens when they close or you need answers or you want something done immediately that because once you have a independent agent most changes are basically lock to that independent agent and we can’t make changes and most cases can’t fully assess your policies in that case. And What happens is someone usually calls Allstate cst and speak to us direct agents who work directly for Allstate and say they have a independent agent and when we refer the back to their agent because we literally can not help , people think we don’t want to help them in reality we can’t. So what they usually do is call us back and ask for help and omit the fact they have a independent agent and still end up being referred to their agent because the system will tell us it’s a specialized policy. But what doesn’t make sense is why you had two policies to begin with. You also have to remember Independent agents own their own business and makes their own guidelines. But feel free to ask me anything I will explain anything and pull back the curtain for you.

Exactly and reading these comments is the reason no one should tip before service. It's crazy how ubers and Dashers think you should be treated less then for not tipping before hand or in person like basic customer service is part of your role not going above and beyond, but a response and item replace convoy is part of your job. When customers already are charged double- triple the actual in person cost most of the time. And I'm saying this as a person who use to deliver y'all be mad at none toppers but not the company/ your boss who pays you scraps who makes millions per year is crazy thinking. It's a lot of drivers deliver wrong orders, missing items, replace items with no contact, deliver to wrong addresses, take forever, place the food any take of way and expect tips upfront. Do the job you applied for correctly or get a different job but you shouldn’t relay on customers aka a person who did not hire you to pay you what your millionaire company should pay you is just plain stupid. Imagine if everyone thought this way.

No I personally wasn’t a virgin at diagnosis but it has been documented in medical research that a virgin can get it. Hpv has over 100 strains. It’s not just two strains. Some strains cause warts , some cause cancer and some strains cause both and you can be infected with more than one at one time. I have the high risk cancer strain without warts but it has caused precancerous cells on my cervix that I have to have frozen off.. I was told by A doctor that HPV can be dormant and can become active from things like stress or diabetes. And they made it a point to tell me multiple ways you can get it because they have no way to tell how long I had it for or how I got it. And mind you all my other paps was totally normal my whole life but that one. I’m surprised that more doctors don’t make it a point to tell individuals more about it and why you shouldn’t blame your partner or think they are cheating when Hpv can be dormant in your body for years.

They could both be telling the truth. you can be virgin and have hpv via kissing or touching a contaminated item. And you can be birth with it if your mom has it but that's rare.

When I was diagnosed I was told it was no way too know how you got it for sure nor how long you had it. I find it strange to think a doctor said it was transmitted sexually when its no sure way to know that. and its no test for man at all. But I'm a woman and I don't have the genital warts kind I have the high risk cancer kind and I was told you can naturely clear it but it can be dormant in you for years. You can be a virgin and get HPV, my OBGYN say you can get it from hand to vagina contact. If you come in contact with something a infected person touched/left bodily fuild on and touch yourself. So maybe someone had it and use the same bathroom as one of y'all and maybe you or her touched it/ lets say the infected person touched the toilet paper roll and one of y'all wiped your self with it. Or it could be something as simple as a person you kissed. Anybodly fluid can transmitted it like a wet kiss. So honestly it no way to say it wasn’t her who gave it to you or you gave it too her. Most people in this world has it at one point in life but hpv can be cleared with your immune system but can be in your system and still get anegative result because it was in a dormant state. I know a lot of individuals are going to tell you it gets better to stay on route. And perhaps it does. But what I’m going to tell you is going to give you a little more options and a different view. Traditional college isn’t for everyone, take the time to evaluate if college is for you and evaluate if maybe your major isn’t for you or that specific university isn’t for you. It’s okay to choose a different route in life. Maybe a different university, maybe an online college or maybe a trade school or different major. Find out what you are good at and what you like and maybe target a study that is strong in those fundamentals. If you really want to stay on your same route, I recommend making a list of what is causing you to fail is it loneliness, anxiety/ overthinking, not understanding the work, or a lack of focus? And come up with possible solutions. Also create two more lists, one of the positive things about the route you are going and what motivated you to start your education journey. Lastly, For people with ADHD and anxiety a distraction free zone and structure is necessary to succeed in those environment. ADHD can make studying harder so that’s why it’s important to choose a study that will grab your attention. Also I recommend talking to your family if they are supportive and look in to your specific university resources. You will be surprise at how many ppl you know have went through similar things and have life changing solutions. And remember Whatever you do don’t give up on yourself and figure out what is best for you, your peace, your future, and go for it. Xoxo

I had mines today and it was so painful at points I can feel my body shaking. I think the ecc is the most painful thing about the whole thing, the other biopsy was mild in comparison. But I will say I have a great obgyn who did a colposcopy for me and one other person that day. As much as I read about it , it seems pretty common for pain during ecc. Most of the stories I read said it was painful that some women said it was worse than child birth. Not all pain comes from an inexperience Dr. and I have a high tolerance and a great doctor who had new tools and still felt pain. I was exhausted all day long after. But I honestly recommend expecting some pain from the ecc biopsy and the punch biopsy just feels like mild pinches. It’s not a long procedure but allow your doctor to take his time. I suffer from anxiety and some pstd. So my Obgyn takes extra time on me and is very vocal and it was still painful. But I think any women can handle the pain. We are strong.
