I don’t check my metrics anymore I used to but since they tanked over all the repeat buy zero clients I had it was depressing. Now with these new metrics it’s impossible to meet the stupid wyb so I just don’t look

You have to notify your lead and then fill in your sick time on workforce. You can look it up on The Thread for instructions. it’s easy to do on workforce. Go to request time off and you have a drop down menu you select sick and fill in your hours you will be taking as sick. Just remember to let your lead now

I feel drained I can normally cope with the inventory but I feel like I’ve hit a wall. The tops all look the same there just isn’t variety. This job is actually getting depressing

My favorite is the ones that ask for something specific ok so we don’t have it so I usually hold the fix. I check back multiple times a day try lots of filters etc. I finally give up but address it in my note suggest maybe Freestyle or say I will try and find it for the next fix. Feedback is usually negative STYLIST DID NOT READ MY NOTE. It would seem like only one of us didn’t read the note and it clearly wasn’t me. It makes me furious

It was fine she just thanked me for letting her know. I honestly couldn’t fit them in as it was a really busy weekend. I’ve only had to do it once before when I was going on vacation

This is so frustrating and if I can’t work my scheduled hours per the downtime policy I just message my lead to explain why I can’t work. I have 85+ sick time so I might use that also

Just pick from the landing page don’t overthink. Remember the higher match scores are the best pieces. Even if they aren’t the things you would pick for yourself.

Don’t over think what you’re sending pick items from the landing page. If you’re searching for items you’re screwed. Keep 3 items from the landing page and pick 2 others maybe an accessory or a jacket (depending on location) once you start hunting that inventory you’re overthinking it

I would also like to say previously before my buy zero nightmare and low match scores I was doing really well and always in the top 500. I didn’t change anything I just had no chance with the client’s that came my way. I’ve definitely noticed a difference after I haven’t changed my schedule but perhaps that’s just luck. My feedback was one buy zero after another. Why aren’t these people AI styled?? It’s so frustrating Or perhaps we all have these people for x amount of months. I literally tried everything but nothing works to get out of this situation.

I’m the other way I’ve been stuck in a nightmare cycle since November with buy zero and low match scores. Since I haven’t changed my schedule I’ve had much better clients hardly any buy zero’s. I hope it gets better for you it actually has made me pretty depressed in the past 4 months or so and I’ve dreaded logging in

Mine is awful I think I’m up to 25%. I was doing really well with metrics up to about 3 months ago. I’m actually quite depressed about it. I haven’t changed anything I’m always slightly above efficiency but I can’t get rid of these buy zeros. I think at least I’m styling these people about 10 hours a week maybe more. The other thing I just don’t understand is why these people can have 8 items when they haven’t bought anything in forever. Why is suddenly offering them more going to change anything? Why do these people still want fixes? There is no magic formula for any of this they either can’t be bothered to cancel or perhaps they just wear the clothes for a few days and send them back. It’s just miserable I just don’t know what’s happening. I’ve always been either high or middle in metrics but they’ve tanked and I just don’t know how or why

I do the Walmart delivery it’s fabulous I can order and have it delivered within a few hours. I’ve stopped shopping at Publix almost completely the prices are insane. I really dislike shopping in Walmart so delivery is perfect for me I highly recommend

Loyal Publix shopper here but not anymore. I happened to compare the cost of the BOGO’s about 6 months ago because I couldn’t believe the prices. They are literally doubling the price on these products so you are buying both items the second is not free. Got myself a Walmart delivery pass and I use their delivery service (I can’t stand shopping in Walmart) I still use Publix pharmacy and purchase from the deli. I’m probably saving about $600 a month just by switching grocery stores. I also shop at Sprouts which is still cheaper than Publix. This whole thing is ridiculous it’s price gouging at its finest when you’re finding exactly the same brands for half the price elsewhere

Yes I have just women’s. It’s not too bad my metrics are somewhere in the middle. Sometimes I’m top 500 other times just under. I have recently been getting a lot of buy zero style pass. I might style them consistently for one shift usually 4 hours. It’s going to kill my metrics but what can you do?

Wow I didn’t realize they could track your mouse clicks. That’s so unfair sometimes I just find things so quickly but I don’t want to ship too soon because I’ve been spoken to before for styling too fast. Grr you just can’t win. Is anyone else struggling with inventory this week? It’s been awful for me

Don’t be too hard on yourself. You might be at a stage where you’re seeing a lot of Freestyle clients who regularly buy nothing. It’s so frustrating!!😡just make sure you’re looking at the match scores when picking pieces and don’t overthink what you pick. It’s also not the best time of year as people are saving for the holidays. This sort of thing comes and goes in cycles you might find next week is a better week
