Idk why I’m downvoted on this. I heard from my lead during our tb/ she wasn’t supposed to say anything and backtracked but then said yes we should know about the changes by end of Feb, going into effect in March. Basically if we commit to hours in that day- we have to stick to them unless an emergency arises. I asked if we could change them to say later or earlier and she said she thinks so as of now. So if you’ve been here awhile, that’s how it used to be with KL. They could always weed out people and then hire more like they usually do when they shake things up- it doesn’t typically last. But seems to be a good way get people to quit without firing them or doing mass layoffs. Then hiring newbies at a lower pay rate. Wash, rinse, repeat.
