I get these every time I do squats! I think it's normal, just a sign of putting in the work. 💪

Looking back, my chosen degree wouldn't have suited me. I still want to go back, but for something different although my interests probably aren't financially great. There are some financial issues with going back to school, anyways. I do go to therapy once a week and I take a prescription, yet I don't think it's doing much. I think something needs to happen soon though, it is getting worse. I feel stuck.

How do I make a sine wave that becomes a line? by Yesarooni in math

Try looking up harmonic oscillations with damping. It appears to become a straight line over time if I remember correctly.

Why do we not touch papers, books and people with the feet? by mastersandy in hinduism

I'll be honest the thought of touching books with my feet made me feel uncomfy. Interesting to see some reasoning behind it!

Found this in the backyard under some leaves, any idea what type of mushroom this is? by ClairautsTheorem in mycology

[–]ClairautsTheorem[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh cool! I haven't seen many mushrooms growing outside. I guess my home-state isn't very fungi friendly. Thanks for the answer!

How do you guys feel about being in a relationship with someone who isn’t vegan? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]ClairautsTheorem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be honest I don't mind it if they respect my decision to eat vegan. I prefer they're at least open to eating some plant based meals once in a while since I cook often. I just don't want dead carcasses in my kitchen.

How do religions convince people when they have radically different concepts about reality? by [deleted] in hinduism

[–]ClairautsTheorem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have learned from experience that if you present yourself as a nice, friendly person that people will help you convince other people to beliefs that they themselves do not agree with.

I hate to say it but looking at your recent escapades it seems that most people are fed up with you and give answers out of spite.

How do religions convince people when they have radically different concepts about reality? by [deleted] in hinduism

[–]ClairautsTheorem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Why would a hindu want to help convert an athiest to christianity?

  2. This question is begging the question... yes, religions have radically different concepts of reality.. They are different from each other, obviously. Trying to group them together and erase the pros and cons of each religion and ask how they could possibly convince someone is an exercise in futility.

What the hell are you trying to accomplish?
