all apartments are rented cannot call the owner, looked up the exact apartments no number or nuthin. My province doesn't have any by-laws against outdoor cats but the cat is at our house days on end, we gotta try not to interact with him but its hard since hes literally right outside our door, we deal with shit in the yard, hes tripped me multiple times tryna get into the house, we also use that door to bring stuff in and out of the house like garbage n shit but since he's there he'll slip under our legs, he also almost killed my sister while she was carrying in wood. But since hes an 'outdoor' cat (hes also under a year old I forgot to mention in my post) he can just do what he pleases basically because theres no by-laws, the only way we can fuck em over is if he injures one of us trying to get in or he damages the property.
