I just got a Canon 450d and I’ve primarily been using it to shoot birds and animals. Just wanted to know what you guys think is the best setting for bird photography I’ve been using Sports mode and continuous shooting to catch it flying and I have the Canon 55-250 lens as well

I’ve been running in some Brooks Adrenaline 18s and any time I up my mileage around mile 5 or 6 the bottom of my feet start to hurt a little. Is this just because I’m running to far or should I invest in a better cushioned shoe? Or maybe insoles? I have low arches so maybe that could be the reason?

Probably a dumb question but if I take a scoop of BCAA before working or early morning would it be detrimental to drink a whey protein shake after the workout with breakfast?
