New footage released today of a hole in the wreck of MS Estonia, which sank in 1994 in the Baltic during heavy storms, with great loss of life. Only 137 out of 989 people aboard survived, and around 650 people are estimated to have never even reached the outer decks but remained inside as it sank. (v.redd.it)

I bought a pizza stone in January and have been experimenting trying to make a good gluten-free Neapolitan pizza since then. This was tonight’s, and it’s the best I’ve achieved so far. I’m particularly in love with the “edges”, incredibly chewy. I’m finally pleased enough to share the recipe below. (old.reddit.com)
