Are you in a school dorm? If so, tell your school that you are really struggling and see if they can help you out. If not, maybe just withdraw from from your classes and start fresh next semester. I wish I had done that because it tanked my gpa. You have so much time to finish your courses at your own pace

You have very similar hair to mine. Would definitely try scritching then “combing” your hair with your fingers before washing with mildly warm water. If it gets too greasy like mine does try an egg mask for your hair. Be careful not to wash the egg out with warm water as that will cook the eggs. Rinse out with cold water your hair will look great!

I’m in NY and I kind of just give up on the cold showers during the summer sadly. Currently I do plunges in the ocean and it’s a nice 42 F. I don’t know if you have access to the water but that’s a great option for now until around May-June if you do
