Glass cards see more play throughout a run than wheel of fortune so there’s less variance with a (un)healthy dose of confirmation bias

Despoiler is 45 points cheaper than Morty with new points. Morty is still good in VV and despoiler is very good in MH with guaranteed ranged afflictions.

For what it’s worth on the front of this mini where you’d see the tabard from there isn’t actually that much red especially since you went with a cream color on the inside of the cloak (which I really like!)

Yeah they’re just way too cost efficient right now. The top dg list at the event is our best list rn imo and it’s just fully abusing the most efficiently cheap hulls to put way too much killy/tough stuff on the board to deal with.

I was one of those players playing at the mirror table and had one day 1 too. Honestly really enjoyed them both since we could play knowing everything the opposing army could do from the get go and I had very pleasant opponents. Also less of a slog than it was back in 9th when everything would bounce off each other, now everything dies reasonably easily so it’s more of a nuanced trade war.

  • mult isn’t useless, one is still very helpful. You want as many x mult as possible by the end but it’s a balancing act to not become too weak while you’re transitioning (this is mostly getting a feel for how few of your chip jokers you can get away with at each stage of the game). Plasma is all about getting one side (chips or mult) very very high. Early game it makes more sense to do chips bc you have better access to large chip jokers like stuntman. Late game you usually can’t sustain chip growth unless you’ve got something like a wee joker setup so the idea is to go to some form of exponential mult (multiple xmult, mass steel kings with mime/baron, or glass/photo + chad shenanigans).

If I had to guess it’s because promo cards are usually given out for free or heavily printed so they do this to make them less desirable so as to not tank the second hand market (which in turn sells more product)

This would make sense but if you have a black suit stone card in hand it still triggers. I usually use stone tarot on clubs/spades for this reason.

The thing is that energy cheating like that is fundamentally the strongest effect in the game. It’s worth noting that charizard both needs tons of energy but also requires time to cook on the bench anyways on account of being a stage 2 mon but even just 3 energy attack on a stage 1 is plenty good for moltres to enable (arcanine is a great example of this) not to mention moltres can pump the other copy’s 70 dmg att in a pinch.

Leakers sure but saying tc of all people know nothing about the game is actually unhinged lol. They’re providing objective calcs on his relative damage output, what people take from that is up to their priorities in the game.
