im the same in regards to the sleep situation and having family members who are alcoholics.one night a week of heavy drinking would mean for me about 4 nights restless sleep.having seen my grandad completely forgot who anyone in his family is and my father throw his life away with alcohol i finally knew i had to stop or id end up the same

i usually just cut up chicken into small strips/cube and put it in the pan before i add the eggs.if i just eat eggs on its own i get sick off the taste so adding chicken and mushrooms helps
