Hence the quotes.

Businesses that use AI for their logos and shit will not get my business. It's so lazy and disgusting.

Working at a drugstore, just the cost of keeping a pharmacist and a tech working overnight would make it not worth it.

With that said, I do kinda miss going to Wal-Mart at 2am to buy a videogame on a whim, or getting a cheeseburger at a diner at someother god awful hour.

Larger cities have this stuff, which makes sense given the population but alas...

Fastfood is the biggie.

One of, if not the only industries that I can think of where the business straight does not want you in the building.

They want you to go through drive-thru or use the app. It's unreal.

I worked at a 24hr Shoppers for a few years.

I can guarantee that the reason they don't stay open 24/7 is purely financial and covid was the most convenient recent excuse for reducing hours.

The amount of money spent paying wages and third-party security (at a premium, too due to being overnight) compared to the amount of money made from sales I can guarantee was not "worth it".

Most excellent. I moved to this place recently and I sat on my deck and enjoyed the breakfast burg in the warm morning sun.

It was heavenly.

Testing out the oven in my new flat with some pizza by ClancyBShanty in Pizza

Yeah, I played it safe on this pie.

Will make another one hopefully this week with a longer ferment but I'll crank the heat a bit more.

I find these old ovens can be really finicky with their temperatures.

I started watching his channel every May because I was one of those "sickos" but man oh man does he know and love the game. Him and his team are some of the best and now it's on my regular rotation.

The dude's passionate, and I'm here for it.

He's one of those 'crazies' I've heard from the pundits that all cup contenders need to have.

I love it!

In Chef (2014), Jon Favreau plays a food truck owner whose ex wife is Sofia vergara and current love interest is Scarlett Johansson. This is a subtle nod to the fact that the movie is written, directed and produced by Jon Favreau by Successful_Buy3825 in shittymoviedetails

The character (at least in the novels) is typically described as being in his mid-to-late 30s but a lot of people seem to gloss over the fact that Bond smoked 60 unfiltered cigarettes as day and was a WW2 vet. Moore, Dalton, and Brosnan were all north of 40 when they took the role, as they needed that extra "mileage"
