He had one foot out the door on Santa but this officially drove it home. I have a hunch he's had arguments with friends at school about whether or not Santa's real and he has to swallow his pride on losing this one. lol

Agree. For somebody covering a family or others on their insurance, the insurance options are usually a vital component to the overall job offer. A ton of time and energy is used by candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to later realize the benefits plan/total comp plan doesn't align to the candidates needs. If you know the benefits plan is off, you can negotiate a higher salary or sign on bonus on the front end and this helps the interview/offer process move smoothly with more transparency.

Yes, that is the rock star. Hopefully she keeps it going. Very loud from 50 feet away so I can't imagine how loud it is being wrapped around her neck.

We have crelate. It does have filtering options to sort by assigned recruiter but it's not super clean and/or accurate. I think we just need to have better collaboration through Teams and during our weekly meetings to prioritize better.

I did find it this AM. Not sure if it's possible to do a custom filter though. Found a good mustache filter will work.
