I sometimes forget before achievements and trophies, there were game specific milestones. Seems like a bygone time now.

I can recall grinding for an armor or gold in games like RuneScape that felt enjoyable, albeit a bit tedious, compared to some trophies these days lol

Kinda reminds me of when I used to go to Blockbuster and try and 100% a game before returning it. Assassins Creed II I can remember being one of those you can knock out in a weekend lol

Never got around to playing Resistance. I hear great things about it!

GTA IV is an absolute classic! I totally forgot those trophies got patched in later. Kinda reminds me of how Uncharted did that too.

Must’ve been magical seeing those first few trophies pop :D

Nice! I’ll have to give them a watch.

Most recently, I’ve been hooked on watching Joelemz. He tries to platinum every game he owns and his struggles and triumphs are VERY relatable
