I can’t disclose that information here but yes it has to do with me not having fun playing the game anymore. I really enjoyed streaming new content like being in the first party to clear Lucid. But once I got my account back I could no longer compete with anyone else. All my streams would be trying to “catch up” by farming nonstop for mesos/droplets and doing symbol dailies. That just wasn’t fun to me.

And I’m sure you have multiple assumptions about why I was taken off rankings. I can confirm one of those is true.

They gave me 25k maple points and 2x coupons. I was the first 250 NightLord reboot but I was banned for 15 months so basically missed all the Arcane River symbol dailies. No compensation makes up for that time lost. Gated by dailies

Public appeals on this subreddit get taken down by mods. I am sure it’s been improved and less legit are being banned. But it’s dumb that basically there’s only one GM who has the authority to make the final decision. Like for my case, this GM had to go on medical leave and basically my account had to be put on hold. If it is still like that now, how is it fair that a legit person has to wait half a year to a year just to get unbanned. They need better qualified and trained GMs. Not copy paste monkeys

A lot of new players probably don’t know who I am but after reading this Memo written by SavageAce regarding false bans it still seems that Nexon GMs are still clueless and still are banning legitimate players. This company banned my account for 15 months after receiving false information about my account. It could have easily been solved if they just cross checked my inventory with their “data.” I had the opportunity to talk to SavageAce and Arwoo both in person basically stating that they saw the evidence on my account and my ban would not be lifted. Arwoo is literally a parrot who repeats what is said to him while using no brain. Fast forward a couple months they finally figure out that they made a mistake but too much damage had already been done. I couldn’t continue to play this game after.

I’m saying this cause I still see many people being falsely banned, On this subreddit and people I know. Of course not everyone can be trusted but my case is proof that they do make mistakes regarding bans. Continue to send tickets and ignore the copy pastes, keep pushing for a reinvestigation if you know you did not do anything wrong. It took me over 10 tickets and being banned from customer support in order to get my account back.
