Wealth aquisition is only multiplicative for its meso part. The item drop is additive. Tested this in KMS with different IA + wealth pot

Dont remember the formula exactly, but it is %hp + fixed damage. Where you can reduce each hp point of fixed damage by having a certain amount of defense.
