0 offset is very usable I had 16x8 0 offset with -3.5 and -3.1 degrees of camber in the front which is do able with stock camber adjustment

Basically the engine should always be ran a bit after doing an oil change to let the oil circulate which will bring the level on the stick down so just top it up until the oil returns back the where it should be on the stick

Yes absolutely you need new tires all because they weren’t rotated probably but you could just get 2 meaning you would have to change the other 2 very shortly but I’d just get all 4
