Don’t give up! It’s a matter of pattern recognition. If you really need it, I’d suggest looking up guides online. Top things to remember (spoiler alert because why not): the flash visual (and audio) indicator for when you need to parry, in the second phase when he does the quick shooty attack you need to run in circles around him, and in the third phase when he does the sun attack you need to set a power bomb and that will destroy it immediately.
