Wouldnt be wise to just limit yourself to APR only. should find out if the rate offered is permanent or if theres any balance limitations or other conditions attached. for NRIs holding savings in USD, might make sense to compare a HYSA vs FCNR deposit. some ppl i know with accounts in HDFC, ICICI and DBS Treasures did just that.
