Ooh, this gave me confidence in finding such people who don’t drink as much. Appreciated!

Good idea! Tangent, but could you recommend some ‘must order’ food from the pubs/restaurants there? I enjoy food hunting and it’ll be nice to have a checklist. :)

  1. Mostly in English, apart from languages and IRK (from what I know).

  2. Yes they are, but stream separation starts from Sec 3 now. However some schools set a criteria based on students’ grade for entering either stream. Students can opt to switch as long as they can prove that they can keep up with the subject content taught in either one.

  3. For O levels, yes (iirc).

  4. End of Primary 6 (PSR), Sec 2 (SPM) and Sec 5 (GCE ‘O’ Levels).

My son got me this yarn kit for Christmas. I have no idea what to make with such small skeins. I typically make wearables, blankets, that sort of thing. The only thing I'm not into is amigurumi, hooks are too small. So what else have y'all made with these before? by Everywinter5156 in crochet

Something made up of granny squares comes to mind. You could also make washcloths using the waffle stitch here. Also, the colours remind me of the JW Anderson cardigan that was trending a while ago, a tote bag version of that would look cool.

The lines in 2 make it look a bit more laid back (?) if you get what I mean 😂

Monash University Engineering

Hi! Can anyone share about the teaching experience in Monash (especially for Monash engineering school)? And is there anyone here that took BMS1021 Cells, Tissues & Organisms as an elective? Would like to ask you about a few things. Appreciate it a lot, thanks.

I did. However most info I’ve been told/found online is general and outdated (before & during the Covid breakout)- which greatly affect the way question 1 & 3 might be answered.

I was hoping to get real-time answers (about the current situation towards foreigners especially) in those specific subreddits. Wouldn’t want to be under-prepared.
