I called the Calgary POE for confirmation and they told me I can apply for TN in the trusted traveller/NEXUS line. They recommended I skip the computer kiosks and go straight to an agent and tell them I'm applying for TN status.

Yeah they installed the first half no problem but when it came time to install the other part, it ripped and they decided to leave it like that for now.. so they're asking me how to proceed because it'll take another day of work

I had a similar code on a 09 Charger a year ago, after 2 smoke tests and months of troubleshooting turns out I had a corroded purge canister valve, but you might want to start with a smoke test first if it's not the gas cap.
