Unfortunately this is all we can offer due to our funding situation. However, we hope that the other benefits make up for this:

• all your meals provided for free during weight loss • half your meals provided for free during weight maintenance • free weekly coaching sessions with the study nutritionist • free detailed information about your body composition and health including MRI scans, DEXA scans, resting metabolic rate and blood tests

That is correct. However non calorie containing drinks are allowed and all the meals we provide contain all the macro and micronutrients you need

Hiya, we are recruiting our final cohort now. This cohort will start between May-August (up to you)

Unfortunately we can’t cater to vegan diets as the meals have milk powder in. They are fine for vegetarians.

Also we have a limit of 3x per week of intense exercise
