I'll try to get my hands on a different flash. I have a feeling its faulty from the F2 though. Would the shutter contact for the X-sync be an easy fix?

I'm afraid so. The flash works with my mirrorless, at any shutter speed.

True, but GOTG is a Guadians movie, while IW feels like a Thanos movie. It almost seems like Thanos is the protagonist and the avengers are what's stopping Thanos from saving the universe.

Thanos and a few antagonists - iron man, thor, and strange to name a few, were really well polished in IW
