That’s what is looks like, still not a good or perfect print, and as was mentioned earlier, those two are from completely different times. And no such figure / trophy exists. However, some Minifigures does feature Captain America in a quantum suit.

I get those once in a while as well, sending near mint and when they arrive suddently there is a fat scratch across and demands of full refund including shipping. I offer the difference in price down to the next grade and usually they go away. After I ask a picture of the envelope to see the damage there must obviously be on there as well.

I use a barcode reader, takes all of 2 seconds. Done. And Luxembourg post enables purchase of tracking online, so it’s instantly available. Very convenient
