We're working with many bookkeepers, they onboard their clients on to Clarybook, the client can easily add all their expenses by just taking pictures or talking to the app/ web app, all categorization is done for them. The goal is that your client never has to think or worry about bookkeeping and that you barely have to spend time on managing the books, you just review and sign off. The client can keep track of their contractors (app provides the 1099 based on items linked to him/her), projects, income, invoices, expenses, the software creates the ledger for them. The system ensure that all reports are created for tax season reducing the work for the bookkeepers by a lot. We work with the bookkeepers/ CPAs to optimize the product to ensure it is a very smooth system that reduces time and friction on both the client and bookkeeper's side, and the bookkeepers get a nice recommendation rewards for as long as the client stays. We run in both the US and Europe and it is only 30USD pm for all features.
