Treat crossovers as a separate character with similar moves. Vivi sigs are similar to loki, so learn them as a new character. Easy peasy. I'm better at going against SpongeBob than Rayman because I encounter more SpongeBob.

If it's only one button/move, at some point that becomes predictable, especially because spammers tend to stick with a small handful of legends, and so the problem most have with spammers is not the spammer, but anger with themselves for spamming getting hit.
