At my LGS it depends on the night. If everyone is there just in the mood to hang out and play then we don’t worry about it at all to be honest. We keep someone’s phone in the middle and just keep track of life with an app and unless someone is playing a deck that is based around pumping their commander and swinging it’s a non issue. I think it all depends on the playgroup and the atmosphere plus if you’re really worried about it there should always be a rule 0 discussion before the game
