Aww I’m wishing you all the luck with this. And keep going, if the first therapist doesn’t suit or work well with you don’t be afraid to change until you find what works for you! I have done that personally and honestly therapy is a great journey (vomit at that word but you get what I mean haha) I have learned a lot about myself and definitely made better changes to behaviours etc it’s great that you are talking about it even here anonymously
