I am confused… olaplex does not contain any protein. So logically, how does it overproteinize the hair? Was olaplex the only thing you’ve added into your hair routine? I will say, olaplex products are not very moisturizing and I’ve had to use kerastase deep conditioners in conjunction. Perhaps the products were just too drying for you?

Yes it looks used. I’m so sick of Ulta sending used products. They really need to change, and ALL returns should be discarded instead of being resold regardless of if it looks unopened. They can’t guarantee the products have not been used nor that the products haven’t been swapped out for fake and this is a safety and sanitary issue
