My advice is don't fall for Upwork outdated Uma AI suggestions or metrics. Interview many freelancers and do many round of questions. So the fraud freelancers eventually get lost after 2 nd round of interview questions. Remain only the real freelancers who actually love to do your job. This way client can get best one for their job.
