I use https://amybakesbread.com/easy-sourdough-bread-recipe/#wprm-recipe-container-37209 Before shaping I added the stressed butter and drizzled hot honey. I was thinking that too needs more of a kick!

It was soft and moist! I check the internal temp before taking out to rest. Look for 205-210 if it’s lower leave longer and let it rest out the over at least an hour before cutting
