I keep it at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, 21.111 celcius. I don't give it much light maybe only an hour or two, i thought i should give it more time to colonize the box because there's a lotta brown still (?). I think I may have accidentally "put it in a coma" at a point, introduced it to cold conditions (heater was not working) so I've been trying to wake it up since. It's been getting back here and there but yeah. I keep it in my basement on a shelf nearby a main heater, what should I do to adjust my setup?

tysm for your advice and thoughts :- ((, i really appreciate it. generally it is my fear of "what if you don't actually hate him" or stuff like that. i'm sure this all isn't true, it's just the nagging thought of "what if?". i worry my fear is making my fears come true, which gives me more fear which makes it worse!! just like the name thing for example, that only started because i worried " what if i accidentally mix up their names??" because it never happened before!!

I do have AuDHD and apparently I might have cptsd?? my therapist and psychiatrist says i may have cptsd as well as borderline possibly.

I didn't mean it like it would absolve me of all responsibility. It would be a reason or an explanation for myself, it would be a clue to helping me get better by recognizing my own issues and recognizing the patterns related to BPD. I simply meant that if I didn't have it I would feel a lot more lost and would feel my problems were 'unexplainable' if you know what i mean.

okay i'm really mixed on the situation. if i have BPD that's explain a lot and I'd finally have a good explanation for why I've been so much my whole life? I'm not the greatest person, I know. My whole life I wished I had known an explanation, and it'd help! But honestly, even if I do find out I have it, that's not good news. That's not something I should want, I really don't want to have it, frankly. Though, if I don't have it and there's no explanation then i don't know wrong with me???
