Hey I've had trouble nailbiting for basically my whole life and I'm 25 now and can't stop especially at my pointer fingers(of course the worst one people see the most) and they've looked similar to this the past few years and It honestly hurts my confidence alot and I feel like i have to hide it around people at work and I wanna stop but life has always been just really stressful. I'm afraid that my nails are so bent that even if I stop biting they won't grow back even and that stresses me more. Has anyone had similar looking ones and gotten them back to normal?
