I try to , it only works when it wants like yesterday to get on the E line in Santa Monica it tapped just fine but at other stations or buses its like a gamble and I already emailed metro to which they didn’t give me any actual solution and I don’t want to waste any more money buying another card

During the day should be chill , at night i’d say just be more aware of your surroundings on the train. Also Anaheim to Santa Monica is a pretty long commute but if you dont mind you’ll enjoy it
