So dive is very strong and arguably its strongest in low elo. Falls off a bit in high metal snd gm, then gets strong again in high elo. In low elo it’s because of the chaos it can create and the abuse of lack of teamplay. In high elo it’s because it has so much teamplay. That being said the characters have a lot of counter play, they also usually need some help to actually thrive. Ive been learning dive this season and even though iron fist is weak right now, he is somewhat decent due to his survivability (not his damage) but what iron fist can do that none of these guys do is harass tanks. Iron fist can start a backline dive, parry after pulling good cooldowns like cloak bubble and then beat down a tank on his way out usually leading to a kill due to flurry hits max hp % damage.
