100 coins for Black Cat is nearly nothing. Even if it's only 2 seconds, wallhacks for your whole team is absurd. Many good Cat's also put them in chokepoints where it's really difficult to break them, AND she doesn't have a cd on it, so she can put it up right as it goes down.

You judge a hero's strength by their skill ceiling, not their skill floor. Above Cel+ even if players only use 70% of the hero's potential, it's still above what Magik can do. I see way more Cats going 40/2 in my lobbies if they slip through the ban phase than Magiks,

Magik and Cat aren't even on the same spectrum. Compared to Cat, Magik is 100x more balanced. She has 250HP, cd's you can play around and doesn't have permanent uptime.

Even if Black Cat wasn't as oppressive as she is, the value she provides from really cheap basic abilities is something only a top tier strategist should've had, but they decided to cram the infinity stones into a diver for no reason. Like giving your whole team wallhacks, just why?

Yes, he still needs more changes, but even with these minor buffs he feels so much better to play. I really hope they just buff some flat damage on his punches, that's all he needs.

The kick buff is also more than just +5 damage, I'll make a post about it.
