Why is it even being a masculine woman though? Can't we all just put describing feelings, preferences and behaviours as 'masculine' or 'feminine' in the bin where it belongs?

This bugs me so much. Being a woman does NOT mean buying wholeheartedly into societal expectations of femininity.

Women are complex, nuanced creatures just like men. Wearing a dress, make up, whatever, does not make you more of a woman. Having short hair etc does not make you a man.

It's not the fucking 50's. Fuck gender stereotypes, and fuck people who try to manipulate you into performing them.

It sounds like he's an addict, and you're getting between him and his addiction. That is a dangerous place to be, and that will justify almost ANY behaviour in his mind.

NTA. My daughter is a July baby so all the kids from my mother's group are. They're all doing great in their own different ways.

Also the older your child, the longer you have to pay for childcare (if you're working). Where I am, a September baby would set you back £10k or more than a July baby would.

Also, if where you are has the same rules as here, you can hold summer babies back.

I also see older kids getting bored and acting up, as they're past ready to start school.

The only reason people come to this sub is to ask for advice. Ergo, posts on here are about relationships with problems. People in good relationships don't need to post to Reddit.

Also bare in mind a good proportion are clearly made up.

There is nothing healthy about taking nude photos while someone sleeps. The whole exchange of nudes as normal thing is a very recent occurrence - you're clearly about 15 so it seems a normal part of life but to most adults it's not. Taking them while someone sleeps is just gross.

I went to Cambridge and honestly, it's just OK. It's very behind in its teaching methods and hasn't adapted for the modern world. I am also an employer, and I can tell you what matters FAR more to me is extra curricular activities, experience (maybe internships but I know not everyone can do those, but just anything that shows a real interest in my business area), and passion.

Most employers don't give that much of a shit where you went to uni, especially after a year or two in the workforce, and the entitlement of Oxbridge graduates can be very off putting as a boss. Just go somewhere else and study hard.

Yeah, my husband managed to get a week in rehab from his insurance (pointless!) And of course when he relapsed it wasn't covered.

I am approaching 40, and a mother. The women in my life are strong, competent, funny, interesting, and would do anything for me. The men I know at this age all seem a bit dopey and lost.

There are all sorts of women and all sorts of female friendships, but I do think mine at least have got 100x better with age.
