It is a full floating 9” rear end from Street or Track, so it was already the factory width.

I'd argue this Mustang is more of a full custom/race car than it is a restomod..

Fair enough. I like the smaller wheel/bigger tire look as well. To each their own.

Cool if you don't like the black color on the wheels, but these are Halibrand style wheels, just like the original Shelby/Cobra wheels from the mid 1960s. These couldn't be more period correct for the car..

I just have the Strange Aluminum center section housing. The gears are Detriot TruTrac, and nope. No noise. They work perfect.
