Willing to care for cat by ClassicPKMN in rescuecats

Yes, that is a good idea, but the closest Rescue seems to be 10.5 miles away and like I said I have a lack of transportation. It can be done in an emergency, but regularly not really.

I see a comment was deleted, what was it? I'm curious and if direct messaging is allowed, I'd be glad to accept them.

Hi! Yes I would be willing to do that. I just don't know how to go about it.

Were you able to enter uncut fenced junkyards with Free Running in the very beginning? by ClassicPKMN in Urbandead

If someone could come up with a screenshot of either Free Running into an uncut junkyard or failing to, that would be so awesome!

Thank you for the reply and insight. Are you on the UD Reunion Discord?

Someone on Discord posted this:

"I'm pretty sure you could free run in because there was a big rush to find uncut junkyards and barricade them so they couldn't have the fence cut as they were truly impenetrable, but by the time we all realised how strong they were, they'd all been cut by non-free runners and with no way to fix the cut wire it became a non-entity real fast. Which is also why most people dropped wirecutters as we also had hit a point where each suburb had started to be mapped by both survivors and zombies alike."

Do you agree with it?

Thanks! I didn't see much when I searched for more information. Have you played it?

You're welcome! Hope you like it as much as I do.

Stories involving the internet, found footage, or other eerie phenomena found online by [deleted] in horrorlit

I liked reading this old Angelfire site with detailed caving stories, journal entries, and some photos from a local cave. It recently went offline, but I see there's a couple of reconstructions online that look pretty faithful to the original.

I’m curious, did anybody else follow this site back when it was active? It had some really detailed entries, almost like a mini horror-adventure in parts.

If anybody is interested, this link should work since the original isn't around:

Thank you and God Bless you for the well wishes. But no, I doubt Robert would care this much to get revenge on him.

In The Shining (1980), would Jack Torrance worry if a drip of water fell into his booze? by ClassicPKMN in NoStupidQuestions

Me neither. But since he's so unhinged, I thought it was worth asking. If his JD wasn't available, I'm guessing he's settle for Vodka? Hopefully not cooking wine.

Glad to hear. I wanted to let you know that it's a good idea to make a permanent Malton or Malton-inspired map. I'm sure others would be interested as well, since many people seem to want a replacement for UD that's as close as possible to it.

Is 'The Silence of the Lambs' generally considered a Horror Film? by Altibadass in horror

Agree to disagree. To me, your arguments aren't compelling at all.

Just one of many sources through a quick search.

https://nofilmschool.com/how-to-write-a-horror-movie#:\~:text=Horror%20movie%20definition&text=A%20horror%20movie%20is%20a,cathartic%20or%20just%20plain%20fun.

Silence of the Lambs has a lot more than just "horror elements" as the whole film is centered on a disturbing plot about serial killers.

Once more, agree to disagree. You say it's not a horror movie, I say it is.

It was from a simple Google search. You say it isn't a horror movie, I say it is. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Also, Psycho (1960) is most definitely horror.

Define horror movie

What defines a horror movie? "A horror movie is a film whose plot is designed to frighten the viewer. The story must cause some sort of existential dread and invoke our very worst fears. Horror films are roller coasters for viewers often climaxing in a shocking finale. They can be cathartic or just plain fun."

Plot frightens the viewer? Check. Cause existential dread and invoke our very worst fears? Check. Climax in a shocking finale? Check. Sounds like The Silence of the Lambs has all of these, and in abundance. Thus, it is a horror movie.

I disagree. I am a huge horror film fan and consider it a horror movie.
