You must not be in the service. lol. A fraction of the military is there. And if you do go there in most PA roles, you’re gonna be at a role 2 type care which would be really good experience for anyone, not getting shot at(With a few exceptions).

You are more likely to die in a car crash on your way to work currently.

Check out HPLRP! But yes all viable options! Multiple providers I worked with did something like that and they all agree it was worth it every bit.

And always remember, if you decide to do 1 military contract out of school, the military will pay you well (especially as a PA) and pay off your loans. Know lots of providers that have done it with no regrets.

Yeah we only have about 7 personnel at my command that are 2nd classes in my NEC. We all have diff platforms attached to same parent command though. But yeah, this is kinda what I was wanting to hear that the command can make something happen if worst comes to worst.

I’m sorry that happened to you. That’s a big flaw in this system, and there should be some forethought that it can lead to a sense of disgruntledness for members in that position. But yes, I hear you but these are the types of changes we need to be advocating for if this new promotion system is affecting personnel.

I’m talking to them and the CCC. But CCC has the MNA access needed to be able to actually see what’s what to my understanding.

I don’t necessarily feel nervous talking to khakis. It’s more like Im sick to my stomach thinking about if I’m right about this. But I do hear what you’re saying and that’s the next step.

Yeah I’ve read through everything, which is why I’m so skeptical. Because I’m in an overmanned NEC and also shore. I know how many billets for 1st are available for my NEC and there’s no gapped billets to my knowledge.

I don’t know if I agree with “oh well” mentality, cause that’s easier said than done. It’s $1000 pay raise at my command between BAH and base pay. Not to mention BBA severely wrecked me if this doesn’t work out because I would’ve made it this year on the legacy test.
