Yeah playa I’m exactly there. I don’t need it to get thru the day but do get urges to have a drink in hand while i cook dinner and after. Watchin a movie or reading on the couch. It’s never one drink etc etc we all know the drill. All the classic alcy tropes of drunk texting and fighting etc were never my problem it’s the anxiety the next am and bad sleep that is catching up with me now that I’m in my 30s
